Ecological Stability Achievement
You must complete the Otherworldly Ecologist achievement, then complete all The Oasis weekly quests for a few weeks. Eventually, with some RNG weekly roster of repeatable quests you will complete the Ecological Stability achievement. After you earn that achievement, a new quest spawns from Ve’nari titled: “The Hope of K’aresh.”
That link takes you to my YouTube video. At the end of that quest, a cutscene shows all of the animals you helped stabilize in The Oasis, with Ve’nari thanking you for all that you have done for K’aresh. As a reward, Ve’nari rewards you with the Resplendent K’arroc mount. The video linked above shows me summoning this mount and flying around on it.
