The last story arc of World of Warcraft: The War Within, Visions of a Shadowed Sun, focuses on Arator and his Windrunner family. Vereesa is tormented with future visions of the void. Arator seeks the help of his mother, Alleria, in K’aresh and Sylvanas in The Maw. Xal’atath makes her final move, using the Dark Heart to create a massive spire in the Voidstorm to begin her assault on Azeroth.
