If you aren’t a Prey player, you are probably tired of flying back and forth from Silvermoon City and The Coiled Isle. The lack of a portal is irritating. Well, that’s certainly by design. See… someone decided to lock the Coiled Isle portal behind the Prey system.
You complete a few quests, and then the Coiled Isle portal is permanent for you. The portal is located in the adjacent room next to Astalor Bloodsworn (Prey NPC).
These quests unlock the Coiled Isle portal.

The fifth quest, Prey: A Ghostly Nightmare, requires you to explore The Coiled Isle searching for the 100 Ossified Relics. To see them on the ground, you need to talk to the Image of Astalor Bloodsworn in The Coiled Isle at /way 58.24 48.70
Then select option 1 — which enables the “Curse of the Isle” game mode, where you will be subject to Prey: Nightmare Torments while in the Coiled Isle. You can disable this by visiting either the Image of Astalor or a Spirit Guardian and clicking the option: I no longer wish to be cursed (Disable the Island’s Curse).
Collecting all 100 Ossified Relics takes roughly about 25 minutes (more or less) if you only explore the isle. Each skull drops 1-3 Ossified Relics. Rare Elites drop them, and the Purge Event drops a lot of them (about 50 each). If you would rather not explore the isle, you can just focus on what you usually do, then hit the Purge Event every 45 minutes. Just two Purge Events granted me 100 Ossified Relics after I had already completed the Coiled Isle’s Prey questline.
