World of Warcraft The Magazine # 1 Preview

Future US, Inc. has released a nice preview inside of the World of Warcraft Magazine. This product was announced at Blizzcon 2009, and won’t be available at newsstands, but through online subscription.

The index reveals this number one issue has over 144 pages, of which at least 40 pages are available on the free preview. This issue contains a interview with Blizzard president Mike Morhaime and J. Allen Brack, and what at some point was meant to be a spoiler of the Halls of Reflections dungeon. If you haven’t played Warcraft III and its expansion, you can read a condensed summary of Lady Sylvanas’s story before and after the Death Knight Arthas razed his way through Quel’Thalas toward the Sunwell, her transformation into an undead banshee and her escape from Arthas’ control until she rallied some of the undead under the name of The Forsaken as their Banshee Queen.

Have you been among the fans waiting for this World of Warcraft Magazine to be released? Then taking a look through the preview and the index page will give you an idea of what to expect. There are articles for PvP, Healers, Tanks, and DPS players; Pet Collectors, addons, the usefulness of Authenticators to protect guild banks, and a glimpse into the Cataclysm expansion.
