World of Warcraft: Midnight (Alpha) Delves can be found in Eversong Woods, Zul’Aman, Silvermoon City, Voidstorm, and Harandar.

You can watch my gameplay videos to take a peek at some of the stories. Some are NYI (Not Yet Implemented). Things might change as development progresses through Alpha and Beta testing, and do not reflect the final product at Launch.

Descent of the Haranir

Retrace the Haranir's journey as they followed Azeroth's song to Harandar.

This Delve is mostly reliving what the Haranir encountered when they first entered Harandar, following the song of Azeroth. In the dark places, they found territorial Kobolds. You have to free 8 Haranir held captive by Nerubians.

As you go deeper into the Gulf of Memory, you find Fleshy Crusher (Old god tentacles), Hideous Amalgamations, Corruption Parasites, Congealed Clots, Tainted Feaster (Nazmir two-legged beasts), Silent Slitherer (serpents of the void), and Dark Walkers (Faceless Ones).

At the end of the Delve, you must defeat Mul'tha'ul -- a Faceless One caster with the title: Lord of the Deeps. This is his/her dialogue when engaged in combat: "She belongs to us! Despair and know oblivion!"

This might be a reference to "The Azeroth Worldsoul belongs to us (the Void or the renegade Black Empire)."

There is one Mul'tha'ul ability you should immediately interrupt: Hopeless Curse. This curse reduces Movement Speed by 40%. Attacking and casting speed reduced by 20%. 14,677 Shadow damage inflicted every 2 sec. This is a bad curse because the other abilities become lethal. Tear it Down summons an Old god tentacle that slams the ground when you are nearby. Slow movement speed might hinder your ability to move away in time before it slams you. Unanswered Call can't be interrupted. It marks you and you can see a red laser pointing at you. While that red laser is active, the boss does increased damage if you are in melee range. You must run away until that red laser expires. However, you must quickly interrupt Hopeless Curse when Unanswered Call expires. The boss droppped heroic gear iLevel 211 (For level 88 player). Delve cache has a chance to drop "Zealot's Surge" which automatically gives you a 1-hour buff that increases your movement and flight speed by 15%. There is no restrictions mentioned in the tooltip, so it persists in dungeons, delves, and raids.

Explosive Demolition (NYI)

"Safely" dispose of unstable explosives being stockpiled in the sewers.

Elder Doru: De Loa are happy with your arrival, (Name)!

Torundo the Grizzled: The Vilebranch have defiled Akil'zon's shrine with powerful cursed totems. These totems pull Akil'zon to this spot, where the Vilebranch intend to imprison her. Akil'zon's resists and her power now threatens to tear Atal'Aman apart! There is no time to waste! Destroy the Cursed Totems at once, and slay the Vilebranch before their ritual brings ruin to this place.

Stage 1: Vilebranch forces defeated: 0/100%. 0/8 Cursed Totems destroyed.

Dastardly Rotstalk

Antagonize fans and fighters while disguised as your villainous alter ego.

In this Delve, you disguise as a fungarian and you only navigate the gladiator arena. Boletus the Fight Promoter wants you to play the villain.

Invasive Glow

Cut down the Lightbloom overgrowth before it overruns the campus!

Bloomkeeper Thornflare: This is a nightmare! Everyone's coming back tomorrow, and the campus is a total wreck! Someone left Luminbulbs unattended in one of the labs, and now we've got Lightbloom crawling all over the place! I tracked down a goblin merchant who sold me some industrial-strength weedkiller. The kind they use in Undermine. Please use this weedkiller and help me clean this place up?

Overview: The first phase of the Delve is easy. You throw bombs at the Lightbloom Weedlings as you climb the stairs. In phase 2, you must eliminate Lightbloom from teh campus (0-100%) and destroy 0/5 Luminbulbs. You can still use the bombs to kill the weedlings, but you need your class spells to kill more threatening enemies very carefully as the place is packed and over-aggroing enemies is scary with their DoTs.

In this Delve, you must kill Lightbloom Thornblade and Leafweaver (plant-based humanoids found in Harandar), Lightbloom Stumpspreader (look like chunky tree abominations), and Lightbloom Thornmaw (look like plant-based four-legged primordial zerg beasts).

The final boss is Hydrangea, a three-headed plant-based Hydra. This is a dangerous boss that casts mass entangling roots in an area and channels a Lightbloom salvo AOE.

Shh!

It's a secret!

Inside the Delve, a scared Nightborne named Technician Mireille says the following:

You are just in time! The Twilight's Blade have sabotaged the Leylines that nourish our people! They smashed my Leyline Focusers to bits, and some contemptable lieutenant calling himself Oglok is ordering more sabotage. Send them a message that Suramar will not be defenseless, and get me more Leyline Focusers so I can mend the leylines!

Overview: Well, that's a ominous delve variant title and description actually written in the Delve UI. This Delve unlocks later in the Campaign, but can be tested in Alpha. The entrance is a portal aboard a Nightborne boat (located in Silvermoon Harbor) which teleports you to one of those ancient catacomb structures underneath Suramar. You fight Shadowspawn and Twilight's Blade cultists -- most are human, dwarves, gnomes, and ogres. These are Twilight's Hammer now serving Xal'atath -- and don't quote me on that, but their banner has what looks like Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire.

Search the upper hallways and rooms for 0/6 Leyline Focusers. Then you can bring them to the central chamber (circle) where you can find runes on the ground marking the spot to stand on. Standing on the runes levitate those Leyline focusers high on the windows to activate the Leyline. The final boss is a Nightborne collaborator. That's a weird name because that's an ogre. If the ogre is named Nightborne collaborator, that implies there is a nighborne traitor working with the Twilight's Blade. There is another boss named Sardok the Insatiable. The entire Delve theme of teleporting to Suramar to stop the Twilight's Blade from sabotaging the Nightborne Leyline Network goes in line with why we don't see Nightborne mages defending Silvermoon City. First Arcanist Thalyssra and a few mages can be found in the big spire floating above Silvermoon City, but other than that no Nightborne presence in the Sunwell area.
