Housing is a new feature introduced in World of Warcraft: Midnight. Housing Decor has multiple sources throughout Azeroth, Draenor, Outland, K’aresh, and Shadowlands — including Decor Specialists, Renown Quartermasters, Auction House or Profession Trainer recipes, and in rare instances: an Innkeeper.
This section will be updated often as Decor is added into the game or found. Links will direct you to Wowhead for relevant data and 3D models.
World of Warcraft Housing Decor Locations
Toraan the Revered (Argussian Reach Emissary) is located at the top floor of The Vindicaar in Krokuun (Argus). East side of the minimap. Coordinates: /way 68.14 57.00
Warband: If you completed the Argus campaign in your main character, talk to Khadgar in Dalaran (Broken Isles) to skip the Argus campaign. It will teleport you straight into The Vindicaar.
Travel north to the Winterfin Retreat along the western shore, northeast of Coldarra. Talk to Ahlurglgr (Clam Vendor) at /way 43.05 13.75
Note: If you have never quested in this location before, Ahlurglgr won't sell anything to you. In that case, you need to talk to King Mrgl-Mrgl (D.E.H.T.A.) at /way 43.50 13.94
King Mrgl-Mrgl has a quest titled "Learning to Communicate" -- complete it to learn to talk to murlocs. In the minimap you can see the circle marking the location of Scalder (a water elemental). Kill Scalder within that circle. Then target its corpse and click the King's Filled Conch icon by the Objective Tracker (beneath your minimap). This marks the quest as completed. Turn in to learn to communicate with murlocs. Only if you haven't completed this quest before. Then complete the quest "Winterfin Commerce" which unlocks access to Ahlurglgr's vendor items list

Halenthos Brightstride (Decor Specialist) is located inside The Filthy Animal Inn on the Windrunner's Sanctuary district (Horde) in Dalaran -- Broken Isles (World of Warcraft: Legion expansion). Halenthos is near Umbiwa (Barmaid).

Fiona might be in different locations depending on your progress with the Full Caravan achievement. Usually, Fiona roams the road from the west side of Eastern Plaguelands up to Light's Hope. As you fly by the main road, you might see Fiona's Caravan icon in the map. She starts her patrol at /way 9.02 66.52

Maku (Decor Specialist) can be found in The Den, Harandar. He is underground in the Den, north across where you take the portal to Silvermoon City. He is next to the Blacksmithing Supplies & Repairs vendor -- so follow the anvil icon in the minimap.
Ransa Greyfeather (Highmountain Emissary) is located in Thunder Totem, on the outer-rim, near the Flightmaster. Coordinates: /way 37.98 46.13

Paul is there only when the Arena is closed for renovations. If Paul isn't selling Decor, then you are out of luck until the Brawl'gar Arena reopens next Season.
