To unlock The Ultimate Predator achievement, players must kill all the Voidstorm Rare Elites listed in the achievement. These rare elites spawn usually every 23 minutes, approximately. For sanity, it is recommended to install the Rarescanner addon to get alerts when they respawn near you as you fly by, and to see an icon on their spawn location on the map.
Completing The Ultimate Predator achievement rewards you with the Opened Domanaar Storage Crate decor.
