Dave Kosak departs Blizzard Entertainment

Dave Kosak announced last night via tweet that he left Blizzard Entertainment to join Deviation Games on an important role.

Dave Kosak joined Blizzard Entertainment in February 2009 as a lead quest designer and lead narrative designer through Burning Crusade (post-lauch), Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria and beyond.

Later in November 2016 he joined the Hearthstone team as principle narrative designer and lead mission designer.

Thanks for the contributions to both games. Good journey and unending torrent of ideas.
