Revil Kost: Go in ahead, druid. I will join you inside.
Dungeon Difficulty set to Normal Scenario.
STAGE 1: The Downward Spiral — Make your way into the Dark Riders’ catacombs beneath Karazhan.
New Objectives: Karazhan Catacombs infiltrated.
Revil Kost: Take care, there is a dark energy emanating from the spirits of this place. We had best not get too close.
Revil Kost: How far down is this place? These stairs seem to go forever.
Dark Rider: None will be spared!
Dark Rider: The artifact calls to us!
STAGE 2: Grasp of the Damned — Find a way to cross Ariden’s spirit barrier.
Kevil Kost: The way is blocked!
Ariden: Intruders! You will go no further!
New Objective: Spirit Barrier crossed.
Revil Kost: Hold, druid! Those spirits he’s controlling look like they’ll rip us apart! We have to figure out a way to get past without being torn asunder. We should try to find a way to stop his channeling…
TIP: Click Ariden — located across the hallway past the Spirit Barrier. Cast Solar Beam to silence Ariden. The Spirit Barrier will disappear.
Ariden: Do not think you have won! Conservator, do your duty!
STAGE 3: Removal Protocols — Defeat the guardian of the Dark Riders’ vault.
The Conservator: Your presence is unauthorized. Removal protocols engaged.
Revil Kost: I don’t like the sound of that.
STAGE 4: Elune’s Prize — Find the Scythe of Elune among the Dark Riders’ artifacts.
New Objectives: Scythe of Elune found.
Revil Kost: Keep your guard up, I fear Ariden is not done with us yet. The artifact chambers look to be just ahead. Let us proceed. Over here! Is this the relic you seek?
Ariden: So this is what you’re after? The artifacts of Karazhan belong here, and I will not allow them to be taken away! Your Light does not reach here, priest! If you want the Scythe, druid, come and claim it!
STAGE 5: The Rider’s Prize — Follow Ariden into the depths of the Karazhan catacombs.
New Objectives: Ariden Followed.
Revil Kost: Quickly, after him! I will only slow you down…
NOTE: On your way out of this room, turn to your left. There is a ramp going to the second floor. At the mouth of the ramp, though, two Cursed Guardian (skeletons) will emerge from the ground.
NOTE: At the top of the ramp, a single Dark Rider.
NOTE: Next pull in the second floor is three Cursed Guardians. Entangle one, and move back downstairs to fight the other two to gain a few extra seconds of distance between the entangled one and you.
STAGE 6: Reaping the Riders — Defeat Ariden.
New Objectives: Ariden defeated.
Ariden: You are a persistent one.
Ariden: Face the fury of the beast!
Ariden: WH… WHAT TRICKERY IS THIS?!
Ariden: Very well, If you so thirst for the power of the Scythe, then I will show it to you myself!
The Scythe has overpowered Ariden! Keep him away from you to avoid [Bloodreap]
TIP: Use [Entangling Roots], knockbacks, or stuns to keep Ariden away from you!
Ariden: I will ride… again…

FINAL STAGE: The Scythe Reclaimed — Claim the Scythe of Elune.
New Objective: Scythe of Elune.
Revil Kost: It is done, the Dark Riders are defeated. Now, I can reclaim these stolen artifacts and return them to their rightful owners. You have proven an unexpected ally, druid. The artifact is yours – let us hope it can turn the tide in this war. Now, let us leave this place. The Dark Riders have lost this battle, but I fear they will return. We had best be gone before they do.
